I have Digi-Mags set up on IP-Based-Access and my platform is not working anymore, what should I do?

If your platform suddenly stops working this is most likely due to your IP Address changing, meaning that the IP Address we have set up the service with has not been Static. Please contact your Internet Service Provider to set up a Static IP Address that does not change. Once you have received confirmation from your Internet Service Provider that you have a Static IP Address set up, please let us know by emailing the details to support@dltmedia.co.uk.

In the rare occasion that your Static IP would change due to it being changed manually, or due to an error on your Internet Service Provider’s end – please email us your venue’s new IP Address to support@dltmedia.co.uk.
